Hong Kong Virtual Institute on Imaging Sciences and Applications (VIISA) is a virtual portal to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and interaction amongst researchers and practitioners in Hong Kong working in the areas of image generation, image processing, graphics, vision, visualization and their applications. Our members include colleagues in Faculties of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine in Hong Kong tertiary institutions. The Institute provides a platform for our members to exchange ideas and address problems arising from different backgrounds. We organize regular bi-monthly seminars around Hong Kong, and disseminate information on related activities held in Hong Kong, such as seminars, conferences and exhibitions. The Institute membership is open to all and we look forward to your participation.
